Syracuse Arts Academy 2024-2025 Elementary Principal in SYRACUSE, Utah

Syracuse Arts Academy is adding a new elementary school campus in the southwest area of Syracuse, off the West Davis Corridor near 2000 west.  We will be hiring a principal to help with the building and staffing of this new elementary and then serve as the building leader going forward.  Syracuse Arts Academy is now accepting applications for the principal position for the 2024-2025 school year.

Syracuse Arts Academy continues to provide a challenging, accelerated curriculum where academic excellence, character development, and individual growth are nurtured in a safe, orderly and pleasant environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

 

·        Must have education experience

·        Preference given for a valid Utah Administrative license

·        Preference given for Administrative experience

·        Prior teaching experience is preferred

·        Leadership experience with demonstrated exemplary results and experience with program development

·        Strong project and staff management experience

·        Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·        Clear and compelling communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills

·        Strong problem-solving and planning skills

·        Adept at analyzing data to improve student and staff achievement

·        Ability to communicate the principles of organizational success

·        Knowledge in fundraising & grant writing

·        Technology literate

·        The ability to develop and maintain positive community relations

·        Goal oriented
