Job Summary:

This position will review and complete award closeouts to include: review of expenditures, indirect cost calculations, review cash position, audit clinical trial agreements for institutional fees. Update Clinical trial budgets and balance accounts utilizing cash in excess report. Run monthly reporting to monitor close out process. Payroll retrospective cost transfer requests: assist in processing, reviewing, and completing all entries for RF Employees. Provide guidance to faculty and staff on calculations, dates, and form completion. Core Management of quarterly reporting of revenue and expenditure activities. Prepare 3rd party core revenue transfers. Process internal grant recharges for core usage fees. Miscellaneous financial reporting for Director, VPR, Sr VP of Finance and Management. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
