Summary:
Coordinates the activities for new and defective product returns and performs various clerical and data input duties as directed. Hours are 8:00am 5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm Monday Friday.

Responsibilities: Data Entry, Customer phone interaction, Handling of boxes / product. Product movement between warehouses. Assist in any task to help the flow of orders or products. Receive defective units as they come in including pallet program and exchange program. Process online orders, completing credit request for overdue core returns. Managing unacceptable core returns/contacting dealers on resolving orders.

Qualifications: Able to lift more than 10 lbs, able to sit / stand and be mobile for periods of time. Minor excel experience. Strong attention to detail, must be flexible and have good skills regarding team work. HS Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work both within a team and independently. Typing, Attention to detail, and be familiar with using a computer system. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $15.00 to $16,00 Per hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicants experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
