Residential Program Manager

$2,250 Sign-On Bonus

Roles, duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and the hiring, training and supervision of Senior Residence Managers and Residence Managers. Overseeing operating budgets in respect to staffing utilization for Arc residential facilities. Ensuring safety compliance for residents residing within the residential settings and the Direct Support Professionals who work there .

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field plus two to four years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities.

Alternatively, related Associate's Degree with four years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities.

A valid NYS driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.
