Syracuse University Office Coordinator in Syracuse, New York

This key position is the sole full-time support staff member for the School of Architecture student services suite. The office coordinator is critical to the educational and strategic missions of the School as this position assists all faculty, chairs for the Undergraduate and Graduate programs, as well as admissions. This staff member maintains all building room reservations as well as central room reservations on behalf of our staff to meet the needs of our instruction. This position requires attention to detail to ensure that the needs of our students and faculty related to advising, emerging student concerns and faculty needs are met in an expeditious and succinct manner. The successful candidate will be flexible in adapting to changes in work environment, supporting the office needs as workload fluctuation dictates.
