Hire, schedule, supervise, evaluate, and discipline a staff of 28 Bargaining Unit employees, two temporary employees and one supervisor.

Utilize FoodPro to enter recipes, create item numbers, research questions, review inventory, and place orders with the Warehouse and outside vendors. Review service records, enter weekly inventory, and review weekly inventory analysis, complete forecast for future production.
