Summary:

This position is responsible for collaborating with the Distributor Sales and Product Specialist organization and all levels of customers to sell and exceed annual sales growth goals for Rockwell Automation's Information Software and adjacent partner software offerings.

Reports to: TBD

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering OR equivalent professional experience in technical disciplines

  • Outcome-based selling experience

  • Demonstrable technical writing and presentation skills

  • Deep market understanding and competitor knowledge

    ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong interpersonal communications, organizational and written/verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience /knowledge applying Rockwell Automation's products or equivalent competitive software solutions

Working Conditions:

This position operates in a professional office environment which may require sitting for extended periods.

  • Develop and maintain software portfolio, vendor partnerships and delivery partners.

  • Engage distributors to develop specialist and sales team competency.

  • Work within assigned geography to develop and execute business and commercial plans

  • Serve as domain expert around services business and continuously build competency
