Syracuse University Associate Director of Operations-Learning Environments Media Production (LEMP) in Syracuse, New York

The Associate Director of Operations, Learning Environments and Media Production (LEMP), reporting to the Associate Chief Information Officer for Academic Technology Services , will have the lead responsibility for all departmental operations and classroom support services. They will manage and work alongside a team of Instructional Technology Analysts, Instructional Technology Consultants, and students to support and maintain instructional technology in Syracuse University classrooms and labs.

The Associate Director - Operations will be directly responsible for the day-to-day support of all learning and collaboration spaces. They will oversee all supply chain operations to ensure project equipment, installation supplies, and support equipment are available as needed. They will also oversee LEMP facilities, the classroom loan program and computer support operations. They will work with The Associate Director - Design, Learning Environments and Media Production to ensure that all requirements are met, and that projects, maintenance and other activities are delivered on time and within budget.
