Syracuse University Assistant Director of Events & Stewardship in Syracuse, New York
Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Advancement and External Engagement for the Whitman School of Management, the Assistant Director of Events and Stewardship will be responsible for the planning and execution of events which support development and fundraising activities, engagement, and campaign goals and initiatives established by leadership. The role will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual and a key member on conceptualizing and executing high-impact and strategic alumni, donor, prospect, and family events on campus, in key geographic locations and virtually. This role is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and execution of these events, to include booking, set-ups, work orders, and the on-site management and execution of events. The position will also act in a support role to fulfill and execute a donor stewardship program to consistently and effectively steward annual and major gift donors that build strong relationships and maximize donor engagement.
