Syracuse University Administrative Assistant II in Syracuse, New York

This position will serve as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Counseling as well as supervise the front facing services of the Barnes Center at the Arch: Counseling office coordinators. This is a 12-month position, which will include assistance with Barnes Counseling's operating budget, ordering supplies, reserving meeting spaces, and other administrative tasks such as processing counseling records, leaves of absences, staff schedules, etc. In addition, this position will also provide direct supervision and support to the Counseling Office Coordinators.
