Are you passionate about positively impacting the lives of individuals with disabilities? WestBridge Vocational, Inc. is seeking a dedicatedEmployment Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include:

  • Helping clients identify career goals.
  • Helping clients acquire the skills necessary to gain competitive employment such as,
    • Completing job applications
    • Developing effective resumes
    • Developing effective Interview skills

This position is a combination of remote, community based, and in-office. Minimum requirements for consideration:

  • (Preferred)B.S. degree in Social Sciences or Human Services; or,
  • Experience working in a direct support position with individuals with disabilities.
  • Stellar communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with employers.
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility.
  • Team player who is customer-service oriented.
  • Technically savvy.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must have internet connection from home with enough bandwidth to conduct video meetings.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
