The opportunity

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supply chain operations in our New Zealand and Australian market, ensuring efficient product distribution. Working collaboratively with internal teams across the AU and NZ market, this position is key to providing patients with access to high quality medicines and health solutions that positively impacts people’s lives.

How you’ll spend your day

• Management of inbound documentation for Australia and New Zealand.

• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team to avoid stock shortages.

• Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information.

• Manage external relationships with 3rd party stakeholders, such as warehouses & transport carriers and ongoing support to internal teams.

• Liaise with overseas suppliers, 3PL warehouses and Global Forwarding Agent.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Your experience and qualifications

• Diploma or degree.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain operations including managing inbound logistics.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.

• Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements in Australia is a plus.

• Understanding of processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping.

• Flexibility in hours as you will be looking after the New Zealand market.
