THE ROLE

As a Quality Assurance Lead at Stryker South Pacific, you will play a critical role in maintaining and elevating the quality standards of our medical products and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to drive continuous quality improvement across our operations. This individual contributor role demands professional expertise, independent decision-making, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in healthcare.

  • Elevate quality standards: Drive the establishment and maintenance of top-tier quality standards for our medical products and services.

  • Rigorous quality evaluation: Administer and uphold stringent policies and procedures to rigorously assess the quality of medical products, materials, and processes.

  • Compliance mastery: Ensure unwavering adherence to industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001:2000 and other vital quality benchmarks.

  • Continuous improvement leadership: Lead comprehensive quality audits, employing advanced methodologies like Taguchi and process reengineering to continually enhance our quality processes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in quality assurance and quality management.

  • Professional knowledge gained through substantial work experience in healthcare quality assurance.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual information.

  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
