Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role.

  • Experience in cloud computing, cloud market, and engaged dynamics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience translating trends into actionable insights and developing business strategies with a focus on data-driven decision making.

  • Experience with leading experimentation, brainstorming, and rapid prototyping of new solutions or use cases.

  • Experience looking at both consumer behavior shifts and disruptive technologies.

  • Experience building, architecting, designing and implementing highly distributed global cloud-based systems, and in network infrastructure, security, and application development.

  • Experience with Data and AI principles, potential applications in Retail, and ability to pinpoint high-value use cases.

  • Proven track record in identifying and analyzing emerging trends within the Retail industry.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to help customers design, plan, implement, and manage enterprise cloud strategies. You will facilitate the conversation and direct the execution of the Business Development team by combining both technical and business insight. You will partner with Value Engineering to articulate the value of each technical solution and the overall business partnership with Google Cloud.

  • Make recommendations to implement a complete solution providing advice to customers to influence Google Cloud effectiveness.

  • Identify customer priorities and technical objections, and design strategies to deliver business value and resolve blockers.

  • Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, engineering, and more. Lead cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines including business, technology, and data analytics.
