Equity Trustees Client Relationship Manager in Sydney, Australia

This role is very client-focused and will see you managing a diverse portfolio of compensated clients. As the dedicated Relationship Manager, you will support your clients by ensuring their financial needs are met and overseeing their investment portfolio in collaboration with their financial adviser. In addition, you will communicate with each client regularly, their families, health professionals and other key stakeholders to ensure we deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients, adhering to all trustee requirements as set out in the relevant Acts.

You are very organised and love working with and supporting people from different backgrounds and cultures, specifically people that do not have the capacity. You are self-driven and have a ‘can-do' attitude. You have a high resilience and emotional intelligence level and are considered in your approach. Experience working in the trustee industry or related financial or legal fields is preferred but not essential. You have a sound understanding and knowledge of financial management, tribunal requirements and relevant legislation, for example, the Corporations Act, Trustee Act, Guardianship and Administration Act.
