Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

A fantastic opportunity to join and learn from a high performing sales team has become available as an Associate Key Account Manager, you’ll be working with the Channel Director and Key Account Management team which will support, build, and maintain partnerships and create value to drive business growth.

This role will entail a combination of supporting the Channel Director and KAMs with strategic key accounts and strong cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally. Your willingness to learn as part of a successful and dynamic Sales team is an exciting opportunity! Here you can develop your skills within sales in a market leading multinational company where your individual development opportunities are very broad.

Your specific tasks include:

  • Provide support to the Channel Director and Key Account Managers and are a central point of coordination and communication for the team both internally and externally.

  • Assist the Key Account Managers in preparation for and follow up from account meetings to ensure actions are executed and aligned to the strategic direction set for the account.

  • Provide analytical input to the Channel Director and Key Account Managers to enhance forecasting process, customer reviews and order management. Your analyses will be fundamental for future decisions to be made. You’ll support the plans are adapted to the specific needs of the business and the customer.

  • Undertake reporting including track and report Consumer Sales, Selling In, Sell through rates and other KPI measurements.

  • Build strong collaboration with the Marketing, Finance and Operations team to support the sales initiatives.

  • Create Planograms, participate in Customer Business Planning, recommend range assortments, customer investment decisions and turn strategy into a measured execution.

  • Liaise between Customers, Order Management and Warehouse to ensure seamless communication and timelines are achieved.

  • Ensure Trade Marketing executions and activities are implemented and delivering the LEGO Brand Values.

  • Omni Channel implementations are having a positive impact for both the customer and consumers experience with our brand whilst tracking our EComm performance.

Do you have it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related is preferred.

  • You work effortless with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.

  • Preferably 5+ years working experience in Commercial driven functions at international Consumer Goods companies, preferably in front-line roles.

  • Familiarity with customer/ stakeholder management

  • Can-do mentality, positive mindset, energy and drive. Ambitious to develop your sales talent.

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

  • Travel interstate and overseas will be required for this role to meet.

  • Ability to influence a range of stakeholders.

  • Track record of effective relationship building

  • Flexibility, adaptability, prioritization, and time management skills.

  • Strategic planning

  • Financial acumen and analysis with the ability to be able to draw recommendations and conclusions.

  • Conflict management

  • High level of collaboration
