WTW Account Manager - Work, Health and Safety in Sydney, Australia

We’re committed to expanding our successful prevention offering and currently have an opportunity for a Health and Safety Consultant to join our national workplace risk practice and be part of a successful team on a growth trajectory. The Role

Our workplace risk practice focuses on the provision of consulting and advisory services to a portfolio of corporate clients across Workers’ Compensation and Work, Health and Safety. 

  • Delivering on a wide range of consulting proposals such as health checks, risk profiling, outsourced health and safety, wellbeing, training, safety culture assessments, health and safety management systems

  • Project management

  • Providing strategic Work, Health and Safety advice to existing clients

  • Developing marketing material and providing Work, Health and Safety updates

  • Developing content and delivering training and Webinars

  • Developing strategic initiatives that respond to clients’ requirements

  • Product development

  • Preparation and delivery of verbal and written reports

  • Identifying and assisting the Prevention Director with business development opportunities

  • Auditing against health and safety standards

The Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • The ability to build and manage relationships

  • In depth knowledge of and proven experience in Work, Health and Safety

  • Solid experience in reviewing and developing health and safety management system frameworks

  • Sound ability to facilitate training and presentations to a broad range of audiences, from shop floor to senior management or company boards

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to develop and deliver on work plans in accordance with clients’ needs, timeframes and objectives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

  • Ability to simplify complex messages skilfully  

  • Some travel will be required, and you are required to have a valid and appropriate driver’s licence

  • Qualifications in ergonomics, physiotherapy or exercise physiology would be ideal
