  • You an exciting opportunity to join the Chief Compliance Office (CCO) COO organization as Head of Investment Portfolio and Change Delivery (CD) in either Zurich, London or New York

  • You will have the full responsibility for all aspects of CD in our CCO Division and ensure that appropriate investment and execution governance is in place

  • You define and execute the strategic change programs for CCO and secure strategic alignment and execution of the CCO change book of work, monitor project execution and track benefit realization

  • You take on total cost of ownership view and make sure that change is transparent and managed effectively

  • You will actively find opportunities for the process re-engineering to reduce costs and improve efficiencies and controls

  • Being a partner for peers across CCO and Technology, you deliver innovative solutions reflecting the needs of the organization, and in doing so contribute to the successful implementation of our strategy

  • You align deliverables with overall functional and bank-wide strategies and promote transparency and accountability around the whole spectrum of change delivery

  • A University degree or an equivalent education, ideally with further education in project management

  • You bring at least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within the banking industry

  • A solid track record of leading and driving a culture of change and continuous improvement

  • You have good judgement and common sense in decision-making combined with solid principles of good conduct and ethics behaviour

  • Demonstrated deep understanding of compliance issues and trends combined with a strong control mind set with understanding of risks inherent in processes and how to mitigate them

  • Your strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as your excellent communications skills, enable you to lead change within an organization

  • You bring the confidence and the ability to work with the executive management combined with strong influencing and interpersonal skills

  • You have the capabilities to exercise independent judgement and discretion in confidential matters

  • You understand the strategy of Credit Suisse, its ambitious positioning and the broader financial services landscape
