An exciting leadership position in International Wealth Management Divisional COO, located in Zuric
The direct lead over a department of 50 highly knowledgeable and motivated colleagues with the aim to ensure high service quality and delivery – guidance of a team of 180 seasoned FLDS colleagues across IWM globally
Work in close collaboration with Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit to promote a sound risk culture and implement an effective operational risk and control framework across IWM.
Together with IWM BA’s, the responsibility to define standards in detecting, preventing and minimizing business, operational, compliance and reputational risks
The opportunity to run divisional strategic risk initiatives and coordinate audit and regulatory activities including remediation work.
Conduct periodic activities such as risk based client reviews, RM due diligence reviews, operational incidents coverage, etc.

University degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent higher education
A minimum of 10 years proven experience, preferably in Wealth Management, Asset Management, BRM /FLDS or Compliance
Good knowledge of the Wealth Management business and the front-to-back processes as well as experience in business risk topics and in managing stakeholders across locations and functions
Established track record in a management position within a large international organization
Very strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, inspire and actively manage senior Stakeholders across the bank
Sound experience in leading/driving initiatives and executing them in an international environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and manage a professional stakeholder management and to establish and maintain trusted relationships at all management levels
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a “can do attitude” and a structured, solution oriented approach
Relevant certifications such as Financial Risk Management (FRM) or Lean Sigma would be beneficial
Fluency in English and German required
