TEKsystems IMAC PC Technician- Printer Installs in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania
Description:
We need 4 FTE in Swiftwater site for Project supporting Nonstandard Label Printers and bar code scanners from 1st Feb – 30th Dec. Key skills required is for Printer/Scanner and MDM knowledge also if they have experience on any production site with Non-standard devices. • Good knowledge of Win 10, Win 7 & MS Office • Mandate Knowledge and support experience on Non-Standard devices – Label Printers, Barcode Scanner etc. • Touch/smart hands support of all network devices & Servers • Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes • Application / software installation and trouble shooting • Knowledge of MDM – Mobile Device Management (BONUS) • Knowledge / exposure on ticketing tools (Service Now) • Windows system administration • Strong Troubleshooting Skills • Hardware, operating system & software knowledge of laptops, desktops & mobile devices etc. • Very strong hands-on experience (H/W and S/W) • Hardware, operating system & software knowledge • Understanding of active directory, networking, print queue management
