We have an opportunity for you that you should not pass up!! We are currently looking for an Electrical Journeyman for our Sweet Home, Oregon location. You must have an Oregon Limited Journeyman license or higher.

Summary:

The Electrician’s primary purpose is to perform skilled journey level work in the construction, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment, apparatus and fixtures used in the mill.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Install, trouble shoot and maintain AC/DC electrical motors

  • Install new electrical and electronic equipment and electrical wiring according to the National Electrical Code and company electrical standards.

  • PLC programming and troubleshooting to maintain production quality

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant electrical equipment

  • Install and inspect new equipment and machinery

  • Assist millwrights as needed

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures including performing proper lockout/tagout procedures
