Job Description Summary
Responsible for daily maintenance of production equipment, change over, management of production equipment and spare parts, continuous improvement activities of production equipment or process, production-related activities, to ensure the smooth operation of production, and achieve operational targets.
负责生产设备的日常维修，换型，生产设备及其备品备件的管理，生产设备或工艺过程的持续改善活动，生产相关活动，保障生产持续正常运行，并达成运营指标。
Job Description
Follow the arrangement of supervisor, timely complete the equipment maintenance work, ensure equipment run smoothly and stably during production, timely dispose the potential risk of production line, and report to supervisor on time. , 对发现的产线隐患及时处理，并汇报主管工程师。 Assist equipment engineer to improve equipment performance, process improvement, as well as process validation etc.
协助主管工程师做好设备改善、工艺改进、产品验证等工作
Assist equipment engineer to manage the spare parts
协助主管工程师进行备品备件的日常管理工作。
Engage management of filed 5S, maintain good state of production line.
维持良好的生产现场秩序，参与现场5S管理。
Achieve the improvement target on time, apply KAS to keep improving daily operations efficiency. 按时完成改善指标，通过KAS持续改进日常工作过程。 Assure output and scrap reduction meet pre-determined requirement, support production.
完成生产支持相关工作，保障产出、降低废品率等。
Understand the relevant laws, regulations and technical standards of energy, understand and master the importance of energy conservation in this position
了解能源的相关法律法规和技术标准，了解并掌握本岗位的节约能源的重要性
Complete other tasks based on equipment engineer assignment.
根据需要，完成主管工程师安排的其他相关工作任务。
