UL, LLC Senior Sales Enablement Specialist in Suzhou, China

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies to support the sales team in achieving their revenue targets.

  2. Create and manage sales enablement content, including sales collateral, playbooks, scripts, presentations, and training materials.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product strategies.

  4. Conduct regular assessments of sales team needs and performance gaps to identify opportunities for improvement.

  5. Design and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

  6. Utilize data analytics and metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales processes, tools, and best practices, providing guidance and support to sales representatives and leaders.

  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales enablement strategies.

  9. Drive adoption and utilization of sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve productivity.

  10. Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities and initiatives.

  11. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

  12. Proven experience (5+ years) in sales enablement, sales operations, or a sales role in a B2B environment.

  13. Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.

  14. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  15. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  16. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  17. Proficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, sales content management, and learning management systems.

  18. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.

  19. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing sales enablement challenges.

  20. A passion for driving sales excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  21. Fluent in English
