Job Description

  • Responsible for mid-term and long-term global performance securing: ensure long term delivery sustainability by rate readiness assessment and risk or crisis analysis

  • Responsible for program reporting to customer (Provide all necessary information to recover customer confidence on program management control)

  • Establish production schedule and targets to meet the requirements of existing and projected sales orders

  • Manage local site level production program meeting and coordinate with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing program

  • Coordinate the implementation of design changes, define embodiment rank

  • Drives problem solving and program improvement activities (run time and lead time reduction) together with program representatives of Manufacturing Engineering and Quality department

  • Manage the industrial scheme activities and drumbeat the cost through driven make and buy

  • Advise management on manufacturing activities, performance and results and recommends corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors

  • Support new product introduce

  • Manage the transfer OvRM activities monthly (transfer only between make and buy)

  • Control product group inventories level to reach company objectives

  • Develop Power BI or automatic report to improve PPM report process

  • Build up BOM management process

  • Processes improvement, for example NRC process, return part etc

  • Other activity assigned by department manager

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree on Mechanical or Commercial business major

5 years' experience in similar position (automotive, aerospace industrial are prefer)

Fluent in both spoken and written English

Proficient with MS Office, ERP system and MS Project software.

Relevant experiences in project management and product technical management

Leadership and ability accompany cross functional teams

Engineering background

Knowledge in production management

Knowledge of lean sigma methodology and tools

Rigor, excellent organization, results driven.

Interpersonal skills (involving working effectively with others, consistent with the company's values)

Good communication, reporting and presentation skills.

Customer focus mindset

Proactive and having initiative.

Leadership, ability to animate working groups.

Work independently, self-constructed
