Position Summary :

To be responsible of the development of assembly, test fixtures and working instructions prior to them being released to production, support to analyze production failures as well as field failure trends from returned units and implement the improvement resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Working instructions and fixtures development for digital products, interact directly with production line to understand issues and provide solutions

  • Troubleshoot, Service & Repair various types of Digital Products with the use of our test and evaluation tools

  • Record and submit reports of before and after root-cause analysis and servicing of Digital Products

  • Provide training for all digital products and the use of all related software to internal personnel (production team, field service team, QA)

  • Look for improvement opportunities to streamline and eliminate waste in all aspects of our processes. Use the feedback from production resources to find ways to mistake proof current processes by implementing step improvements and innovative new solutions

  • Complete understanding of the use of valve diagnostic software for predictive and preventative maintenance and what scripted diagnostics are illustrating

  • Provide technical support to the field service team to troubleshoot and quickly resolve customer field issue

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in instrument engineering, fluid mechanics and other related majors

  • Minimum 5 years work experiences in specific professional field (in E&I maintenance and DCS) preferable

  • Working experience in the chemical and petrochemical industry is preferred

  • Familiar with the relevant standards and regulations of valve digital products, with rich practical experience as well

  • Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with team members, customers and suppliers

  • Have strong learning ability and adaptability, and be able to quickly master new technologies and knowledge

  • Responsible, conscientious and meticulous in work, with good team spirit

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
