Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities 1.High sense of Safety and can improve Environmental, Health activities. 2.Diagnose and handle E&I problems happened at the site; 3.Complete daily jobs assigned by engineer; 4.Complete planned PM work,such as the calibration of temperature indicator; 5.Reflect all sorts of non normal phenomena and problems including equipment failure and safety issues,etc; 6.Finish document work in file for history after problem troubleshooting and PM; 7.Cooperate with Engineering Department to improve our process which is relevant to our equipment; 8.Ensure environment/safety equipment in good condition 9.Follow BQE requirement and continuously improve quality sense

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements 1.College or Technical Diploma degree, major in Automation, Electronic or electrical engineering is preferred 2.2~3 years E&I maintenance experiences in gigantic equipment,with Senior Electric Maintenance Certificate, Low Voltage Maintenance Work Certification (High Voltage would be better); 3.Good knowledge and program experience with PLC ,especially for Siemens/AB PLC ; 4.Good knowledge and maintenance experience with kinds of process control/sensory instruments such as flow control valve, thermocouple, pressure transmitter,digital weight, etc ; 5.Good knowledge with the principle of the hydraulic/pneumatic control circuit and related motion &control units, also good experience with the related troubleshooting; 6.Troubleshooting experience in AC&DC Motor,Server Motor like noise handling, brush change, etc, Good knowledge in VFD ; 7.Good knowledge and maintenance experience in pipe Safety Valve; 8.Basic command of oral and reading skill in English 9.Understand E&I control circuit drawling for equipment troubleshooting 10.Great consciousness in ESH, good troubleshooting ability ,work each other as a team, and willing to work in shift; 11.Priority with the experience of Delta-V process control system
