Eaton Corporation Construction Project Collection Analyst in Suzhou, China

We are looking forward to a Construction Project Collection Analyst in Eaton’s Corporate sector , based in Suzhou, China . What you’ll do:

  • Develop collection targets based on the payment terms of the construction contract and recover the receivables in a timely manner according to the collection targets and plans.

  • Maintain close contact with the owners/general contractors to understand the reasons for the arrears, formulate collection plans and execute them.

  • Conduct on-site collection for key cases, and take legal measures when necessary, cooperating with litigation, arbitration, and other related legal activities.

  • Be able to negotiate with the owner (general contractor) in a timely manner and sign a feasible repayment plan agreement.

  • Lead the resolution of disputes on projects and reach consensus with relevant parties to collect payments in a timely manner.

  • Other tasks related to project collection arranged by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Over two years of experience in construction projects or the construction industry, with a thorough understanding of the project process and its various stages.

  • College degree or above in engineering, cost estimation, electrical engineering, finance and accounting, or law.

  • Familiar with project contract management, basic engineering finance and legal knowledge, and strong data analysis skills. Candidates with a background in electrical engineering are preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic English proficiency is required, with the ability to understand internal English policy documents. Candidates fluent in English are preferred.

  • The position is based in Suzhou but requires 50% or more business trips nationwide.

  • Candidates from project design institutes, general contracting, and project management departments of electrical equipment manufacturers are welcome to apply.
