Overview

Position Summary Details

The Stacker position provides fully training on shipping and receiving area.

Essential Functions

  • Physically capable of movement to all shipping areas.

  • Ability to exert force necessary to move wheeled equipment weighing 40-50 lbs., at distance of 10 feet.

  • Ability to routinely stoop, bend and lift food product weighing 25-50 lbs.

  • Perform of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of wok schedules, adherence to attendance policies and other applicable operation rules, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Order, counts, load and unload product on incoming and outgoing trailers according to the shipping schedule.

Ensures that product received from other plants is recorded correctly.

Loads and unloads to appropriate distribution are to ensure that shipping schedules are met.

Preforms other duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Maintains cleanness of work area

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six (6) or more months shipping or related experience.

  • No education prerequisite; however, must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the Job
