DISH Sales Account Assistant in Suwanee, Georgia

Monitors daily sales orders ensuring payment and shipping accuracy. Executes collection procedures for unpaid invoices. Completes all debit and credit activity on retailer’s accounts. Creates and updates internal reports, maintain all Job Aids for the department making sure all are accurate. Provides daily backup on email and phone support on all administrative duties. Organizes and maintains file system. Receives and distributes incoming mail and other duties as required. Minimum required skills/experience: This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills and must be comfortable interacting with customers, employees, and managers. Basic accounting knowledge. The candidate must be self-motivated, know how to set priorities and establish procedures for completing responsibilities. Ability to create and update routine reports and wire correspondence. Requires computer expertise, including use of spreadsheets, presentation applications, ability to train; general office knowledge involving accounts receivable, accounts payable collection, and customer service. Desired skills/experience: Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting. Accounting background or accounting degree a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle, Google Sheets and Docs.
