Description

We are in search of a Marketing Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role plays a vital part in promoting our brand, product introductions, and enhancements in the North American market. The Marketing Manager will be primarily focused on dealers and products, acting as a liaison between the dealer network, the product team, and the field team. Responsibilities:

• Ensure appropriate branding at dealerships

• Support and manage local dealer and trade show events

• Attend regional association meetings as a representative of our brand

• Function as the Voice of the Channel and Voice of the Customer, providing support and arranging for customer visits to dealer sites

• Manage the Dealer Review Board process

• Facilitate dealer onboarding and training processes

• Compile and support the Annual Operating Plan & Long Range Plan for the region

• Initiate, manage, monitor, and evaluate sales campaigns and promotions

• Manage the demonstration fleet and follow up reporting

• Support local aftermarket events and meetings

• Understand and leverage the distribution model via dealers (B2B)

• Exhibit good business acumen, with a solutions-oriented approach

• Manage budget effectively

• Maintain open communication, analytical thinking, and well-organized fact-based decision-making skills

• Demonstrate success in positioning and launching differentiated products

• Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Influence and work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and Product Management teams

• Carry out market research methodologies and execution

• Execute and manage launch plans

• Participate in the creation of marketing plans.

Requirements • Proven experience in a marketing manager role within the transport industry.

• Demonstrated ability in managing B2B marketing initiatives.

• Strong understanding and experience in working with dealers in the transport industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong project management skills.
