Inside Sales Support Representative

Our client is a global company & industry leader in indoor air filtration & restoration equipment, is looking for an energetic and sales minded Inside Sales Support Representative. The Sales Support Representative serves as the primary handler of data entry for the Sales teams. This role also will provide support on a variety of general office duties.


  • Process customer purchase orders in EDI system

  • Order acknowledgment to customers by email or phone

  • Follow through on completion of Sales Orders by reviewing product availability

  • Ability to multitask and maintain organization of back orders and daily workload

  • Daily review of product availability for back order release

  • Maintain filing of Approved Price Lists for accounts

  • Communicate PO discrepancies to Sales Managers and customers

  • Work closely with other departments

  • Provide inventory ETA?s to customer and sales team

  • Provide shipping and tracking information to customers

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Bachelor's degree preferred ; or 1-2 years sales support experience preferred

Knowledge of Oracle and EDI purchase order system

Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (Outlook and Excel in particular)

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

A team player with a high level of dedication

Ability to work under strict deadlines

Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
