Freedom Powersports Sales Floor Manager - RideNow Powersports Surprise in Surprise, Arizona

RideNow Powersports Surprise, a division of RumbleOn, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Floor Manager to assist our sales professionals in the closing of deals and building of customer relationships. As a Sales Floor Manager, you will motivate and guide your sales team to success by ensuring our customers receive superior service at our dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Guide & manage the sales operations for new and pre-owned powersports.

  • Be a service-driven, visible leader, coach & motivator for the sales team.

  • Motivate the sales team daily to meet & exceed sales goals with clear expectations & open communication.

  • Track customer traffic in the dealership and manage the sales floor coverage for the best customer experience.

  • Understand the process of structuring sales deals, including financial options and F&I product objectives.

  • Close sales with guests, including the introduction and selling of F&I products.

  • Explain financing options and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the purchase experience.

  • Present numbers and close deals for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive Dealership in Sales

  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a leadership role in dealer (Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Closer, etc.)

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

  • A motorcycle endorsement is not required but welcomed

  • A passion for powersports and understanding of the products and industry is strongly desired

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.

  • Strong knowledge of finance products and deal structure

  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills
