JOB SUMMARY(業務内容) :

医療機器の生産維持・改善業務（メカの設計変更及び検証）

・製造工程で発生した不具合の原因解析と対策

・製造工程の改善（治具の導入による改善など）

・上記の不具合対策および改善に伴う設計変更業務

・設計変更における検証および検証レポートの作成

・組立て作業基準書・図面等の修正

・海外サイトとの共同生産製品における技術的な問い合わせ対応や打ち合わせへの参加

・新製品の組立作業移管

REQUIREMENTS(応募要件):

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE(必須の知識と経験):

• 3D CAD経験（Solidworks）

• メカ関連の設計経験

• 検証レポート作成経験

• 小、中規模のプロジェクトにおける業務主査

• メールやチャットを使用した海外サイトや海外の顧客とのコミュニケーション

EDUCATION（学歴）:

• 大卒以上

PERSONALITY（人物）:

• コミュニケーション能力の高い方

• 困難な仕事に臆せずチャレンジする積極性、行動力

DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE（望ましい知識と経験）:

• 金属、樹脂材料に関する強度、耐久性、耐薬品性に関する知識

• 流体（水）及び配管設計に関する経験

• 製造工程で使用する治具の設計と導入経験

• 海外とのオンライン会議への参加、会議の主査
