Role Description:

As a Staff Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop foundational capabilities that will significantly influence the future of seller experiences and controls on Walmart Marketplace. Your primary focus will be on a crucial aspect of our long-term strategy - data. This entails managing the generation, transformation, enrichment, storage, and accessibility of data for various teams and applications for downstream consumption. A significant outcome you will be driving is the creation of a unified data platform that houses all marketplace data while adhering to the highest industry standards in data governance, privacy, and security. A key area of focus will be enabling the product and business team s with precise, timely , and reliable data to help them proactively manage Marketplace business. You will collaborate cross-functionally with business, engineering, product, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional products and experiences that propel the growth of good sellers.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in developing strategies and launching data platform product capabilities. They will be adept at engaging and communicating with senior executives across multiple domains. They will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and capable of navigating large stakeholder groups. Strong, confident, and succinct communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate will thrive on challenges and be ready to engage at a Fortune 1 scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving roadmap prioritization, vision, and strategy with internal stakeholders within the specific vertical product.

  • Guiding cross-functional teams in delivering products that exceed user expectations and drive business success.

  • Collaborating closely with engineering, program, analytics, and other product teams to ensure the seamless execution of product initiatives.

  • Thriving within our agile and iterative team environment, maintaining a fast-paced approach to project management .

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
