What you'll do...

At Walmart Marketplace, we're seeking a strategic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll support the Senior Director in daily operations, change management initiatives, and strategic planning efforts within our dynamic inventory sourcing organization. As the Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness, driving alignment, and fostering a culture of implementation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director and VP to develop and implement strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence across the organization. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

  • Establish and maintain strong reporting cadences with sales ops, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key performance metrics and insights. Manage budget allocations and resource planning to support strategic objectives effectively.

  • Design and implement a roles and responsibility architecture to optimize team efficiency and accountability. Foster a culture of high-performance sales organization and talent development through mentorship and coaching initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver skills and competency training programs to empower team members and enhance performance. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous learning.

  • Enable teams with the necessary tools and resources to maximize productivity and effectiveness. Utilize project management methodologies to oversee complex initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

  • Lead the planning and execution of meeting cadences to ensure alignment, collaboration, and action-oriented outcomes. Manage stakeholder relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive towards AOP/LRP objectives.

  • Organize and coordinate critical events such as Sales Kick-Off (SKO) and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR). Prepare materials and agendas and provide leadership and guidance during crisis situations to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Demonstrated expertise in change management, project management, and strategic planning.

  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and remain calm and composed under pressure.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

SUNNYVALE, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
