Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Project Coordinator!

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Pay Range: $ 33-38/hr

As a Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in coordinating daily shipping logistics activities. Your work will ensure the smooth processing and tracking of hardware shipments between our office, local partners, and testing locations worldwide, contributing to the success of our international projects.

What’s the Job?

  • Coordinate daily activities related to on-site shipping logistics projects.

  • Organize and facilitate the incoming and outgoing shipment of SSD hard drives between our office and local company partners to testing locations globally.

  • Process SSD hard drives daily, check for damage, and track between company and partner locations.

  • Participate in weekly steering meetings and maintain updated records on the location and status of all hardware daily.

  • Report directly to the on-site project manager and project teams associated with our international offices.

What’s Needed?

  • 0-2 years of professional experience required

  • Experience with multiple project teams across time zones preferred

  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.

  • Capacity to keep information organized and confidential.

  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Good driving skills with a valid California driver's license.
