As a Production Supervisor with PCB you will be responsible for the supervision of production and/or assembly of parts of product by the department to ensure timely and quality completion, set goals for improvement and provide technical assistance when necessary.

Additional Duties

  • Supervision of 6 or less direct employees.

  • Performs direct, hands-on work as much as 80% of time on job.

  • Hires, schedules, instructs, and develops personnel. Ensure they follow policies and procedures, and conducts performance evaluations. Ensures direct reports are properly trained.

  • Manages personnel and equipment to ensure the department has adequate resources to maintain total customer satisfaction.

  • Attends and conducts production meetings and relays pertinent information back to team members. Maintains an effective communication system with staff.

  • Follows production schedules. May assist in the preparation of production schedule.

  • Verifies conformance of finished work to ensure compliance to specifications.

  • Monitors and notifies appropriate individuals when replenishment is required.

  • Ensures that products are complete, correct and ready for shipment.

  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

  • Performs other related duties as directed to ensure efficient operation of department and PCB.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Associates Degree or equivalent

Experience: Two to four years of experience in a manufacturing environment with proven abilities to organize work and motivate team members.
