The Maps 3D Vision team is currently seeking a versatile individual for the role of Technical Operations Support Specialist, who will play a pivotal part in supporting the Maps data collection systems. This position requires the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with systems are essential.

Description

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive team player capable of wearing many hats, from handling high-priority projects to managing routine administrative tasks. The candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of independently driving investigations and projects forward while maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities: Drive and organize investigations, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage testing activities effectively. Organize, coordinate and document testing efforts, including drive test collections, hardware and software testing. Provide second-level support for escalated technical issues, resolving them promptly to minimize operational disruptions. Triage arising issues in the field, prioritizing them based on urgency and impact on operations. Gather and analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improving resource allocation and operational efficiency. Utilize hands-on experience to troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth functionality across all operational systems.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $109,200.00 and $205,800.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
