Location: Sunnyvale, California

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as liaison between central HR teams, HR leadership, and the business line to assess organizational needs across talent management, performance management, compensation, career development, and manager capability; 2. Understand the business, earn trust across key stakeholders and partners, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and drive people mechanisms with both accuracy and efficiency. 3. Demonstrate flexible and effective communication skills, both high-level strategic thinking and operational planning ability, empathy, and inclusion. 4. Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business objectives and deliver results for client customers. 5. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and job role initiatives. 6. Review and analyze data for trends, dig into the numbers and partner with the business to derive action plans around performance, retention, and employee engagement. 7. Coach leaders through employee, leadership, management, and other situations. 8. Partner with the global HR community to support global workforce. 9. Take different perspectives and business needs and develop an effective solution. 10. Support opinions with sound reasoning grounded in the business and data. 11. Build relationships with business, peers, and HR teams across the organization. 12. Drive HR events such as annual review, compensation, and policy related implementations. 13. Lead high impact projects with on-time delivery, measurable outcomes and impact, and robust communication/change management. 14. Communicate ideas, data, and thoughts well both verbally and written. 15. Challenge ideas and hold space for other perspectives to be heard. 16. Up to 5% domestic or international travel. 17. Telecommuting benefits are available.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $157,095/ year to $193,400/year.

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

A master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, HR Management, Labor Relations, Engineering, or related discipline and 3 years of relevant experience in human resources. In the alternative, employer will accept a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, HR Management, Labor Relations, Engineering, or related discipline followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources. Experience must include: 1. 1 year of experience in human resources process deployment and implementation 2. 1 year of experience in labor and employee relations, employment and labor law, and HR data management. 3. 1 year of experience in compiling and analyzing human resources process metrics, results, and recommended improvements. #0000
