  • Supervises, provides development plans, and evaluates employees independently. []{#_Hlk156463584}
  • Oversee all facility maintenance functions, direct maintenance technicians and contractors, and perform repairs as required.
  • Responsible for safely following environmental regulations by observing and enforcing safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Plan and execute maintenance technician training program, writing standard operating procedures, and modifying design drawings in AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Approves all facilities' preventative maintenance and asset records and documentation. Plans and develops yearly maintenance budget and monitors progress.
  • Establish and execute preventative maintenance plans for all infrastructure, safety systems, and equipment, restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts on a regular cadence.
  • Directs troubleshooting and maintenance duties such as mechanical, gas, chemical, and electrical repairs.
  • Planning all facilities-related preventative maintenance.
  • Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance program and daily inspections.
  • Identifies risks and issues with proposed facilities plans and offers solutions.
  • Lead risk register meetings and work on risk mitigation plans to prioritize high-safety and quality projects.
  • Partner with managers on expansion and construction needs for the facility.
  • Manage current and future construction projects and buildouts to ensure effective and safe operations, permit approvals, and timely completion of projects.
  • Manage facilities budget planning and execution in support of Capital Investment, Energy Management, and Maintenance expenses.

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience as a Facilities Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Process Engineer, or a related role.

In lieu of a Bachelors degree and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience, will accept a. Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience as a Facilities Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Process Engineer, or a related role.

Salary range

$156,000- 160,000/year
