As the Finance Director for the Ion Chromatography and Sample Prep (ICSP) business unit, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end financial management of our $340M global business unit. This position is based in Sunnyvale, California, and requires at least 4 days per week in the office to enable in-person teamwork and leadership.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Vice President/General Manager to strategically distribute capital, stimulate growth, and enhance profitability. You will ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and timely and accurate financial reporting. Your proven record of excellence in strategic portfolio management, P&L leadership, manufacturing finance, and talent cultivation will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive financial leadership, covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and investment decisions

Lead annual strategic and financial planning processes

Oversee month-end closures, reporting, forecasting, and proactive financial management

Drive standardized financial reporting and business metrics

Focus on investments to increase returns

Build an environment of strong internal controls and compliance

Foster cultural transformation and talent development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CPA preferred but not required), or equivalent experience.

10+ years of progressive finance experience, including P&L management

Experience in a manufacturing organization

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong ability to influence business partners and lead a team effectively

Proficient verbal and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $174,000.00–$232,800.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
