VNA Private Duty, Inc. Personal Care Attendants in Sunbury, Pennsylvania

Positions available in the Northumberland, Snyder, Union County areas as well as the Harrisburg Area and Perry County area for Providers of personal care and home support - perform tasks that assist the clients to remain in their home environment. Personal Care is the provision of "hands on" care related to hygiene or functional activity of daily living that an individual cannot meet independently. Provide home support to clients with light housekeeping and general household management activities. Work hours will vary depending upon your availability and the needs of the clients. Could work days, evenings, overnights, etc.

MUST have verifiable employment history and personal references. MUST be able to work well with various levels of supervision. MUST be able to write, read and document; and communicate verbally. MUST have good emotional health, patience, good personal hygiene and appearance. MUST have current drivers License, insurance and RELIABLE transportation.

Covid protocol mandatory.

Duties may include some or all of the following, as well as other needs: bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring or ambulation assistance, meal preparation/ feeding, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and other needs as required.

Personal Care Aides DO NOT administer prescribed medications.

Experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right individual.
