Nursing and Rehabilitation at the Mansion Dietary Assistant in Sunbury, Pennsylvania
Local nursing home is currently accepting applications at our facility for a casual Dietary Assistant.
Qualified applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule and be a motivated team player. Responsibilities of this position require following menus to meet the nutritional needs of our residents. Other duties include prep of food items, dish washing and cleaning of the kitchen area.
Seeking a candidate who has experience in a nursing home/dietary dept atmosphere. Weekends and Holidays are a must. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year food service experience preferred
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
Job Functions:
- Assist cooks with food production
- Follow menu and production sheets in the daily preparation of meals
- Maintain assigned stock and insure proper rotation of product within assigned area of operation
- Maintain established standards for station and equipment cleanliness
