Actalent Electrical Engineer in Sunbury, Ohio
This is a hands-on-position involved in ongoing production floor activities on a daily basis: resolving production equipment concerns, participating in/leading safety and quality improvement activities, involvement in equipment development for new model activity, and implementing continuous improvements within cross functional teams. Breakdown of Job 80% - Production floor, resolving production equipment issues, modifying and/or reversing engineering poka-yokes and continuous improvement. 20% - Office New model activities, CAD/AutoCad activities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves: 3+ Years experience in an electrical engineering position within an automotive or motor sports manufacturing environment Capital investment planning and execution experience required. CAD required, AutoCAD Electrical is highly preferred. Project Management Experience (cradle to grave) -Ability to manage multiple projects at once is required. Mitsubishi PLC or Allen Bradley (Programming /Troubleshooting), Nice to Have: Project Management, Ergonomics, SPC, Fanuc Robot Training, OSHA Disqualifiers: - No PLC experience - Job Hoppers - Specifically 5 jobs in the last 5 years
