Envirosmart, Inc. DBA ES Integrated TK - CDL Driver / Operator in Sumter, South Carolina

Summary/Objective

TK Tank is seeking a qualified CDL Class A or B Driver/Operator to support the Sumter and surrounding area operations. The candidate should have experience operating industrial vacuum units and high-pressured water-blast units to perform industrial cleaning, but we will train the candidate if necessary. All employees will be cross trained to assist in other field divisions. Performance is measured for Safety, Quality, and Value delivered to the project and company. Working conditions include; outside work, extreme temperatures, noisy conditions, shift work, flexible schedules and 24/7 on-call availability.

Essential Functions

  • Operate with Safety, Quality, and Value in mind for all industrial service-related project performance activities

  • Vacuum Equipment Operations

  • Operate large Industrial Cleaning Equipment and Vehicles

  • Pressure washing

  • Other industrial cleaning related activities

  • Minimum 3 years CDL driving experience

    Certifications/Training/ Licensure

  • Class A or B CDL (Required)

  • Tank and HAZMAT Endorsements (Preferred but will train)

  • 30 Hour OSHA (Required but we will train)

  • MSHA (Required but we will train)

  • Confined Space Entry (Required but we will train)

  • 40-HR HAZWOPER (Preferred but we will train)

  • Forklift Certified (Preferred but not required)

    Required Eligibility Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records

  • Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license (Required)

  • Must be able to pass a background check

    Physical Demands

    Must be able to:

  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time

  • Able to physically control industrial hydro blasting and vacuum equipment

  • Able to carry industrial hoses (up to 60 lbs) up and down multiple flights of stairs

  • Ability to work in varying (extreme) temperatures, depending upon season

  • Must complete all pre and post training; including safety, new hire, and regulatory

    Hours of Work

  • Shift work, flexible schedules and 24/7 on-call availability

  • Typical week will consist of Monday – Friday, 8-10 hours per day

    Travel

  • Must be able to commute to job site each day
