Serve clients in consumer industries (e.g., retail, travel, telecommunications, media technology), using data analytics and marketing analytics expertise to develop insights and recommendations. Independently apply data and analytics approaches in marketing, sales and growth strategy and analytical use cases including statistical and quantitative approaches, using statistical and programming languages, running customer analytics, performing A/B testing and measurement, and creating personalization strategies and applications. Compose clear storylines to inform and translate data and analytics insights into pragmatic and realistic actions to drive revenue growth and profitability. Codify own knowledge, effectively synthesizing and sharing expertise with colleagues. Help practice, growth platform or guild build cutting edge knowledge, concepts, frameworks, tools and ideas and stay abreast of latest thinking. Make contributions to practice, growth platform or guild (e.g. recruiting, practice building, training, coaching, learning). Collaborate with team members to own a workstream and / or independently own a piece of a workstream, coach and oversee junior colleagues. May support client development e.g. supporting proposals, contributing to white papers. Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum one (1) year of experience in each of the following: writing efficient and maintainable code in Python, R, and SQL; performing statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, experimental design, and the ability to disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses, and actionable recommendations from data and analysis; experience in machine learning, encompassing model development, deployment, and optimization; designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes and improvements; using data visualization tools Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau to convey insights effectively to various stakeholders; and translating complex technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
