IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung der international anerkannten Norm für Arbeitsschutzmanagementsysteme ISO 45001 sowie Umweltmanagementsysteme ISO 14001

  • Umsetzung der strategischen Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz-Ziele und Prozesse sowie der gesetzlichen Vorgaben im internationalen Umfeld

  • Ermittlung und Auswertung von Unternehmenszielen (KPI’s)

  • Reporting direkt an die Geschäftsleitung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung interner Audits

  • Aktive Unterstützung und Beratung von Führungskräften rund um die Themen Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz

  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Betriebsarzt, Fachkräften für Arbeitssicherheit und Mitarbeiter*innen

IHR PROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurswissenschaft, abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum staatl. geprüften Techniker

  • oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit

  • Hands-on-Mentalität mit guten Kommunikations-, Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie Leidenschaft für sicherheitsbewusstes Arbeiten

  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP)

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
