Pay: $105,000-$150,000

Position Summary Details:

The Solution Owner – Low Code & Task Management position is a technology experienced solution analyst with expertise in low code solutions applied to solve complex business needs with emphasis on helping implement, streamline and maintain an enterprise connected digital platform vision aligned to ABM’s mobile enablement strategy, workforce management transformation and CMMS solutions to assist business operations dynamic management and validation of stationary and route-based tasks.

This position will also have responsibility to manage one of ABM’s low code platforms, managing the overall vendor relationship and platform roadmap in strong collaboration with key strategic business partners, such as the client facing product team, innovation, procurement and technical architecture to ensure the most effective use of the platform in cost, quality and function.

This role involves crafting meticulous workflows, designing logical structures, and creating high-quality specifications for the implementation of applications. Additionally, the development process includes writing both unit and UI tests to pinpoint and rectify any malfunctions. Troubleshooting and debugging activities are undertaken to optimize overall performance.

Coordinating planning and fostering active communication with key stakeholders and business leaders. Analyzing client and business requirements to comprehend and apply systems implementation concepts and principles, ensuring the effective implementation and support of business systems solutions. The comprehensive expertise spans all stages of the project and program lifecycle, encompassing the development of business cases, mobilization, and progressing through value realization to steady-state operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Construct workflows, logic, high quality specifications to implement applications

  • Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.

  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of all stages of project and program lifecycle, including development of business cases and mobilization through value realization and steady state.

  • Work with stakeholders and third-party partners to design products by identifying requirements and thinking critically about what will make them successful

  • Once a solution is deployed, monitor the technology utilization and its adoption on a going basis.

Qualifications – Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of related experience in technology or business management positions

  • Demonstrated success managing stakeholders, customers, and/or clients

  • Delivered business or technology projects on time-on budget and exceeded expectations

  • Strong technical/solutioning background

Qualifications – Other Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:

  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform optimal

  • Experience with Senpiper Low Code Platform preferred but not required

  • Experience in working on a team implementing Mobile application solutions

  • Understanding of CMMS/Work order systems generally as they relate to task management preferred

  • Experience in IoT/Smart Routing solutions preferred.

  • Capable of assessing a customer’s needs, qualifying opportunities & handling customer objections at all levels

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to influence other both internally and externally

  • Ability to multi-task several important priorities simultaneously
