Target Salary: $120K - $155K per year

    Position Summary

The Service Delivery Manager is a hands-on technical supervisory role that is aligned to our Purpose, Vision, and Success Factors. The focus of the role is to deliver exceptional customer service in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. You will be expected to form relationships with our clients and to be an ambassador for the Company. Foster an environment that is innovative and inspiring to employees.

Essential Functions

  • Provide hands-on leadership aligned with our Success Factors.

  • Foster people-first culture – equip all with tools so they can sustain and grow.

  • Support the company’s strategic initiatives and goals through innovative technology and maintaining a stable technology platform.

  • Support and maintain the morale, welfare, professional development, training, and work-life balance of all technology staff utilizing the Company’s Success Factor.

  • Work to resolve customer reported issue using a variety of environment-specific tools and escalate to supervisor as needed.

  • Provide high-quality troubleshooting and technical assistance to bring about a satisfactory resolution to our customers.

  • Stay informed regarding emerging technologies.

  • Support and regularly communicate with Support Services Team.

  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, practices, rules.

  • Serve as an example of proper conduct per Company Success Factors.

  • Live our Purpose and help achieve our Vision.

  • Assume other duties as directed by the Support Services Team.

    Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to all technical staff in alignment with the Company’s Purpose and Vision.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent from an ABET/EAC accredited program; Master’s degree preferred

  • 7+ years of experience directing a Technology team

  • Relevant information technology certification preferred; Microsoft Azure preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
