  • Assists in carrying out a program of activities which provides entertainment, intercommunication, exercise, and relaxation to all residents.

  • Assists in carrying out a program of activities which provides all residents the opportunity to express creative talent and fulfill basic psychological, social and spiritual needs.

  • Assists in outside activities.

  • Assists residents with hobbies.

  • Assists residents with arts and crafts activities.

  • Assists residents with group activities.

  • Encourages participation in religious activities.

  • Prints and distributes monthly activities calendar.

  • Participates in Quality Improvement as assigned.

  • Completes Activities Attendance Records.

  • Completes initial Activity Assessments and Quarterly Progress Notes.
